Chocolate Chunk Mousse Cake is rich, chocolaty and decadent, hardly not to fall in love with it from the first bite. chocolate & cream goodness on top of an Digestive crust, is simply hard to resist. hope you like it.

Ingredients:
150gm DIGESTIVE BISCUITS
1/2 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE
6 TABLESPOON MELTED BUTTER
7 INCH CAKE MOULD WITH BAKING PAPER
REFRIGERATE 30 MINUTES
1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM
1/4 CUP POWDER SUGAR
1 TEASPOON INSTANT COFFEE
1 CUP MELTED CHOCOLATE, MIX WITH THE WHIPPED CREAM
SPREAD OVER THE CRUST
1 CUP HOT WHIPPING CREAM (HEAT UP THE CREAM ON MICROWAVE OR DOUBLE BOILER)
1 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE
POUR THE GANACHE OVER THE CAKE
