Chocolate mousse cake in tamil |eggless and without oven|ஓவன் இல்லாமல் செய்யக்கூடிய சுவையான சாக்லேட்

Chocolate Mousse cake is one of the tastiest cake that you can easily prepare within fifteen min in home. This cake recipe is so chilled and the best recipe for summer. Try them in your home and share your comments below.

• Full fat cream or whipping cream 150ml
• Coco powder 1/4 cup
• Full cream milk 1/2 ltr
• 1/2 cup sugar
• Corn flour 1/3 cup
• Dark chocolate 100gm
• Milk chocolate 50gms

1. Take a bowl and add 150gms of full fat cream or whipping cream.
2. Sieve 1/4 cup of coco powder in a wired strainer and add it to the mixture
3. Mix all of them thoroughly using whisker or fork
4. Keep that bowl aside (Bowl 1)
5. Take another bowl and add 1/2 ltr of full cream milk(Bowl 2)
6. Add 1/2 cup of sugar
7. Corn flour 1/3 cup
8. Mix them nicely
9. Add the prepared coco mixture (Bowl 1) to the (Bowl 2)
10. Whisk them well
11. Take a heating pan and add the prepared mixture to it after filtering it through the wore strainer
12. Heat the pan in medium flame
13. After it gets heated, add 100gms of dark chocolate and 50gms of milk chocolate to it.
14. Stir them and continue heating for 10 min (Make sure to keep on stirring throughout the process)
15. Once it gets thicken and to a thick pouring texture, let it cool a bit
16. After it cools a bit, transfer it to a cake baking pan, Make sure to filter it using wire strainer. Don’t let it cool too much. If that happens it gets thicken and wont be able to transfer it to the cake pan.
17. Once transfer, refrigerate for 8 hrs
18. After 8hrs of refrigeration, our cake is ready for serving.
19. To make it easy for cutting, Heat the knife and before you make the cut.
