The basic recipe is: 1 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt, 2 heaping tablespoons powdered peanut powder, 1 tsp. Cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract, 1/4 cup fiber one cereal, and sweetener of your choice (I prefer stevia, monk fruit extract, and surkin or choc zero syrup).
