This Recipe is easy to throw together when you know you have company coming over. You will most likely have most of the ingredients on hand. I love serving these Pumpkin Bars warm. The cream cheese frosting is just the right amount of sweet. These Bars go well with coffee or milk.

-2 cups flour
-2 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

-2 cups sugar
-1 cup cooking oil
-1 (15 oz) can pumpkin pie filling
-4 large eggs

-4 oz soft cream cheese
-1/3 cup soft butter
-2 cups powdered sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla (or more)
-1 T milk

Mix together with wire whisk 2 cups flour, 2 tsp baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie seasoning.

With mixer combine 2 cups sugar, 1 cup cooking oil and 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin pie filing, 4 large eggs. Add the flour mixture and blend for about 3 minutes. Pour into greased 15 x 10 jelly roll pan and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.

When cool frost with cream cheese frosting. Blend 4 oz soft cream cheese, 1/3 cup soft butter. Then add 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla (I always add more) and about 1 Tablespoon milk, or enough to make it spreadable.
